Controlled by PLC, liquid nitrogen can be produced within several hours by a touch of screen. Integrated with oil-free air compressor, PSA nitrogen generator, cryo-cooler and vacuum dewar tank, the compact units are ideal on-site liquid nitrogen generation and dispensing solution.
"LNS Series" are innovative plug-and-play liquid nitrogen generators designed by SCALA. Specially developed for laboratory use, we integrate oil-free air compressor, PSA nitrogen generator, cryo-cooler and vacuum dewar tank into one compact unit. Controlled by PLC, liquid nitrogen can be produced and stored automatically within several hours by one click of the screen.
Based on advanced pluse tube cryo-cooler technique, the production rate will not significantly decrease overtime. Combined with our innovative PSA nitrogen system and exquisite workmanship, the generators can work reliably for many years with minimum maintenance requirement and cost.
With built-in liquid level gauge, you can monitor how much liquid nitrogen is produced/stored in the tank. Once the liquid nitrogen reaches the pre-set liquid nitrogen level, the generator will stop working automatically.
"No-contact" design allows one click dispensing - liquid nitrogen can be dispensed out by one click of the screen, and the process will stop automatically as per value you set.
